Under its solid worktop it keeps frozen bakery and pastry products at −20…−10 °C. The evaporator sits in a separate compartment, leaving more room for product inside, and the monoblock is easy to service and clean.
A ventilation channel in the ceiling spreads cold air evenly. Each door has 4 pairs of L-shaped runners for EN 60 × 40 trays and 1 plastic-coated wire shelf; defrost is automatic by electric heater and HACCP alarms are logged. Refrigerant R290, refrigerating capacity 488 W, electrical power 420 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation.
The P version with worktop (TCJ02100000000) measures 1456 × 750 × 850 mm and weighs 137 kg; the S version without worktop (TCJ02000000000) is 810 mm high and the A version with splashback (TCJ02200000000) 950 mm.
