Beneath a solid worktop is a large storage compartment for frozen products at −20…−10 °C; the condensing unit is not supplied and is installed separately. The interior is set up for EN 60 × 40 trays, with 4 pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and 1 plastic-coated wire shelf per door.
A ventilation channel under the worktop distributes cold air gently and evenly. Defrost is automatic by electric heater and the controller logs HACCP alarms; a UVC lamp and drawers 75 or 150 mm high are optional. Refrigerant R452A, refrigerating capacity 687 W, electrical power 100 W, 50 mm insulation, climate class 5.
Three versions are offered: S without worktop (TCK12000000000, 810 mm high), P with worktop (TCK12100000000, 850 mm) and A with worktop and splashback (TCK12200000000, 950 mm). The P version measures 1266 × 750 × 850 mm and weighs 107 kg net.
