It runs on remote refrigeration and needs a separate condensing unit, which is not supplied. Behind the doors are 4 pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners for EN 60 × 40 trays and 1 plastic-coated wire shelf per door, with optional drawers 75 or 150 mm high and a UVC lamp.
A ceiling ventilation channel keeps air distribution even. The evaporator is corrosion-protected and defrosted automatically by an electric heater, and the controller handles alarms and the HACCP log. Refrigerant R452A, refrigerating capacity 1011 W, electrical power 100 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation.
With worktop it measures 1794 × 750 × 850 mm (P, TCK13100000000) and weighs 123 kg net. The S version without worktop (TCK13000000000) is 810 mm high and the A version with worktop and splashback (TCK13200000000) 950 mm.
