The Everlasting Ice 100 covers that stage of the cold chain after the batch freezer and blast chiller. This version is static-cooled with a gross volume of 855 litres.
It is fitted with 5 stainless-steel runners and 10 plastic-coated 60 × 40 cm wire shelves, and defrosts off-cycle. The control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and signals temperature, power-failure and dirty-condenser alarms, with Energy Saving and Overcooling functions.
A Wi-Fi module for remote management and an RS-485 serial port are available as options. Range −25…−12 °C, refrigerant R290, refrigerating capacity 932 W, electrical power 790 W, climate class 5, 60 mm insulation. The cabinet is AISI 304 stainless steel; the front panel and door can be ordered in 8 colours.
