Call sales +372 5559 3678The Everlasting Ice 100 (BTV) is a 740-litre ice cream freezer whose evaporator is defrosted automatically by an electric heater. Gelaterias use it to hold stock overnight and before it goes into the display, so the ice cream is always ready to serve. Five stainless-steel runners carry ten plastic-coated 60 × 40 cm wire shelves.
The monoblock refrigeration unit is easy to service and clean, the evaporator is corrosion-protected, and rounded inner corners with racks that come out without tools speed up cleaning. The electronic controller logs HACCP alarms and monitors temperature, power failures and condenser fouling.
Refrigerating capacity 1588 W, electrical power 1410 W, refrigerant R290, climate class 5, 60 mm insulation. External dimensions 790 × 1043 × 2050 mm, net weight 165 kg. A remote version also exists (REM, AIL13100000000, R452A, 370 W) whose condensing unit is not supplied; front panel and door are optionally available in 8 colours.
