The Everlasting Easy Tray 10 brings hot food down quickly or freezes it, so kitchens can prepare ahead, extend shelf life and cut waste. The cabinet holds 10 GN 1/1 trays at a 70 mm pitch on 10 pairs of stainless-steel runners that also take EN 60 × 40 trays; for ice cream it takes 12 containers or 4 wire shelves.
Chilling from +90 °C to +3 °C and freezing from +90 °C to −18 °C run by time or by core probe, each with a HARD or SOFT cycle. The unit switches to storage mode automatically when the cycle ends. Cooling is fan-assisted, defrost is manual with forced ventilation, and the electronic control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log.
Body and interior are AISI 304 stainless steel; the technical compartment and base are galvanised steel. Output is 50 kg chilled or 42 kg frozen. Refrigerating capacity 2 × 1191 W with R290, climate class 5, electrical power 1540 W on 400 V 3N~, 50 Hz.
