About this product

Description

The Professional Tray 08 takes eight GN 1/1 trays at a 66 mm pitch, with an output per cycle of 34 kg chilled to +3 °C or 28 kg frozen to −18 °C from a +90 °C start. The cabinet stands 1107–1152 mm high. The control panel is on the door: a 7-inch touch screen, HACCP alarm log, RS-485 port and the option to enter custom cycles.

Chilling and freezing run by time or core probe, in HARD or SOFT mode, and finish with an automatic storage phase. Hot-gas defrost takes place at the end of the cycle and manually when needed. Eight pairs of stainless-steel runners for GN 1/1 and EN 60 × 40 trays; for ice cream, nine containers on three wire shelves.

Refrigerating capacity 1192 W, electrical power 1330 W, refrigerant R290, insulation 60 mm. Dimensions 780 × 829 × 1107–1152 mm, weight 162/150 kg; remote version BGF30000000.
