About this product

Description

The smallest model in the Easy Tray range, the MINI measures just 609 × 482 × 460 mm and runs on 230 V, 50 Hz. It is meant for kitchens that blast chill or freeze small quantities at a time. Inside are three GN 2/3 tray positions at a 53 mm pitch, or room for 2 ice cream containers, with one stainless-steel GN 2/3 wire shelf supplied.

Cycles run by time: chilling from +90 °C to +3 °C and freezing from +90 °C to −18 °C, after which the unit drops into storage mode on its own. Cooling is fan-assisted, defrost is manual and the control panel logs HACCP alarms. Bottle racks are an option.

The interior is AISI 304 stainless steel. Output 6 kg chilled or 3.5 kg frozen, refrigerating capacity 488 W, refrigerant R290, electrical power 775 W, climate class 4. Net weight 35 kg, gross 39 kg.
