Two-door refrigerator Gram Maxi C1400

High-volume kitchens with a lot of chilled stock and doors opening all day need a large cabinet, and the Gram Maxi C1400 provides 1050 litres net behind two doors. Each side is 2/1 GN deep, holding two GN 1/1 trays one behind the other. It comes with eight nylon-coated wire shelves and four centre shelves, and trays can also rest directly on the support rails.

The doors are self-closing and lockable, with full-length handles and pedal door openers, and the interior is LED-lit. Fan-assisted cooling recovers temperature quickly after frequent openings; removable magnetic gaskets and rounded corners keep cleaning easy. Extended range of −5 to +12 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).
