Roll-in refrigerator Gram Baker C1200

Built for bakeries and production kitchens that move dough and baked goods on tray trolleys, the Gram Baker C1200 is a roll-in refrigerator. A fully loaded trolley with 60 × 80 cm EN trays rolls straight in, so trays never have to be moved across one by one. Cabinet and interior are easy-clean stainless steel.

Fan-assisted cooling spreads air evenly and keeps products from drying out, dry cooling and automatic defrosting come as standard, and the temperature recovers quickly after the door has been opened. An electronic controller with safety functions protects the contents; the door locks and has an ergonomic snap handle, and the sealing strip is easy to replace.
