Call sales +372 5559 3678On the Baker C650 the compressor sits at the bottom of the cabinet, which keeps the overall height to 2000 mm and puts even the top tray at a comfortable working height. It is a bakery refrigerator for 60 × 40 cm EN trays, holding dough and baked goods chilled on the trays themselves.
Inside are 20 pairs of support rails, a stainless-steel interior and LED lighting; the exterior is stainless steel too. The self-closing door is right-hand hung as standard and reversible, with a handle running the full height of the door. Fan-assisted cooling prevents products from drying out and brings the temperature back quickly, and the electronic controller has built-in safety functions.
