Each side is 2/1 GN deep, taking two GN 1/1 pans in depth, and the cabinet holds −25…−5 °C even with frequent door openings. Twelve shelves are supplied: eight nylon-coated wire shelves plus four centre shelves, and pans can also go directly on the support rails.
Both doors lock and close by themselves, each with a full-length handle and a pedal opener. The interior is LED-lit, fan-assisted cooling gives fast temperature recovery and the intelligent control panel is easy to use. Designed for climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).
