The trolley, loaded with 60 × 80 cm EN trays, is pushed straight through the door, so frozen dough products never need to be re-stacked. Ventilated fan-assisted cooling circulates air evenly, recovers temperature quickly and protects products from drying out; dry cooling and automatic defrosting are standard.
The door locks and has an ergonomic snap handle. An electronic controller with safety functions watches over the stock, and the stainless-steel interior and exterior wipe clean easily. Set range −25 to −5 °C, climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% relative humidity).
