Bakery freezer Gram Baker F500

Frozen dough and pastries can stay on the same 60 × 40 cm EN trays they were prepared on in the Baker F500. Although the freezer is just 600 mm wide, it holds 25 trays, each on a dedicated pair of rails. The self-closing door has a full-height handle and a pedal opener, and its right-hand hinging can be swapped to the left.

Fan-assisted cooling holds an even temperature and recovers fast after door openings, while LED lighting makes trays easy to find. The stainless-steel cabinet is simple to clean and the electronic controller includes safety functions. Temperature −25 to −5 °C in climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).
