Bakery freezer Gram Baker F900

In bakeries working with large 60 × 80 cm EN trays, the Baker F900 keeps frozen dough and baked goods on the trays themselves, with no need to re-stack before freezing. There are 25 pairs of rails and 661 litres of usable volume. The door closes by itself and can be reversed; it opens with a full-height handle or with a pedal, which keeps hands free for a tray.

The stainless-steel chamber has LED lighting. Powerful ventilated cooling holds an even temperature and restores it quickly after opening, the electronic controller's safety functions protect the stock, and the door seal is simple to change. Range −25 to −5 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).

The cabinet draws 7.81 kWh per 24 h, 2849 kWh a year, energy class D with EEI 61.2, and runs at 48.9 dBA. Gross volume 949 litres; refrigerant R290 (149 g); 736 W, 4.57 A. External size 820 × 1065 × 2205 mm, 186 kg gross.
