Call sales +372 5559 3678The Meatico Fish 1500 is a fish cabinet for businesses where ageing fish is the core of the work. With double doors and doubled capacity it takes up to 180 kg of fish, and because the product stays in view behind the glass, the cabinet also works as a display case.
Airflow comes from I-FISH Soft Air, a ventilation system designed for fish that moves air gently around the product without damaging it; fan speed is adjustable. The 7-inch Meatico control panel holds 3 pre-set fish recipes, programmable recipes of up to 4 stages and 10 fully customisable recipes, with temperature, humidity, fan speed and duration set for every stage.
Standard fit-out is 6 pairs of stainless-steel runners, 6 wire shelves, 2 fish hook rails with 4 hooks and a UV-C LED germicidal lamp, plus HACCP logging, alarms and Wi-Fi to the Everlasting App. Finishes: GLASS (Scotch-Brite exterior, triple-glazed full glass door), VIP (mirror-polished AISI 304 inside and out) or BLACK (black plastic-coated steel).
