Call sales +372 5559 3678Fish 400 is the smallest of the Meatico fish cabinets and brings fish ageing into a smaller kitchen. It holds up to 60 kg of fish, and the pre-set fish recipes on the panel mean the process does not have to be set up from scratch each time. Fan-assisted cooling works with I-FISH Soft Air, a ventilation system that wraps the fish in a gentle airflow, with fan speed adjustable.
The 4.3-inch Meatico panel offers 3 pre-set fish recipes, programmable recipes of up to 4 stages and 10 fully customisable ones. Internal temperature and humidity stay on screen, and the panel keeps an alarm history and HACCP records and links to the Everlasting App over Wi-Fi.
Inside are 2 pairs of stainless-steel runners, 2 wire shelves and a fish hook rail with 2 hooks, with a UV-C LED germicidal lamp as standard. It comes in the BLACK GLASS finish only: black plastic-coated steel outside, mirror-polished AISI 304 inside and a triple-glazed full glass door with black anodised profiles.
