Its four doors open onto 365 litres of net storage on GN 1/1 shelving, while the cold comes from a separately installed condensing unit; the unit, copper pipes and cables are not part of the supply.
The one-piece body is AISI 304 stainless steel and the 4 cm top has a sound-deadening underlay. Self-closing doors open to a 95° stop, their Triple Action magnetic gaskets are easy to replace, and hinging can be reversed on site with an accessory. The touch thermometer-thermostat has an RS485 port; the optional APO.LINK accessory adds remote control over Ethernet and a HACCP data history.
The technical compartment is on the right. Fan-assisted cooling and automatic electric defrost hold −22…−15 °C in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. R452A refrigerant, 565 litres gross, 60 mm insulation.
