The AISI 304 stainless-steel worktop has a rounded 10 cm upstand at the back, and the compartment is sized for GN 1/1. Cold comes from a separately installed condensing unit; the unit, copper pipes and cables are not supplied, but a solenoid valve is.
Fan-assisted cooling, automatic electric defrost and an anti-corrosion evaporator. The self-closing door has an integrated handle and an easily replaced magnetic gasket, and the touch thermometer-thermostat has an RS485 port. 117 litres gross, 92 litres net, −22…−15 °C.
R452A, 220–240 V 1N~ 50–60 Hz, 860 W. Net weight 70 kg, gross 81 kg. A lock is optional, and the unit is excluded from the EU energy label.
