Call sales +372 5559 3678Without the freezing function, the Sagi KAF1NHC runs from −5 to +45 °C and is built for proving, retarding and holding dough chilled. The single-door cabinet for EN 60 × 40 cm trays is 620 mm wide and has a sound power level of 44 dBA. Proving is managed on a 7-inch colour touch screen with recommended automatic programmes, up to 50 favourites and an automatic mode that alternates blocking, conservation, reactivation, proving and holding.
Humidity is controlled from 40 to 100% by the included humidifier, using up to 0.5 l/h of water. Fan speed can be set from 20 to 100% in five steps. Inside are 20 pairs of AISI 304 runners (80 positions at 15 mm, 27 at 45 mm or 20 at 60 mm pitch), with a lockable reversible door, full-height LED lighting and hot-gas defrost.
