Call sales +372 5559 3678For proving, retarding and holding dough, the Sagi KAF2NHC takes EN 60 × 80 cm trays and works between −5 and +45 °C. This model has no freezing function. Alongside the recommended automatic programmes, up to 50 favourite programmes can be stored.
The humidifier is included and holds 40–100% humidity; the cabinet needs a water connection and uses up to 0.5 l/h. The evaporator sits inside the compartment with an anti-corrosion treatment, a duct panel distributes the air and fan speed is adjustable from 20 to 100%.
Defrost is automatic by hot gas, and the LED lighting runs the full height. Gross volume 844 litres, net 583 litres. Refrigerating capacity 724 W at −10 °C, heating power 700 W, electrical power 550 W, 0.110 kg of R290.
