Blast chiller/freezer Hoshizaki Baker SF 950 L DR

For bakers working with large 600 × 800 mm trays, the Baker SF 950 L DR is the bigger blast chiller/freezer in Hoshizaki's bakery cabinet range. It holds up to 50 trays of 600 × 800 or 600 × 400 mm and has a gross volume of 950 litres. The solid door is lockable and the chamber has LED lighting.

Chamber and cabinet are AISI 304 stainless steel, with legs of 130–180 mm. The built-in refrigeration unit uses R290. The temperature can be set from −30 to +10 °C, and the climate class is 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).

Supply 230 V / 50 Hz with a power of 1700 W. Cabinet dimensions 830 × 1087 × 2205 mm, gross and net weight 190 and 173 kg.
