Remote blast chiller/freezer Hoshizaki PREMIER BCF RI M 150 CO2 1N DL

The Hoshizaki PREMIER BCF RI M 150 CO2 1N DL is a roll-in blast chiller/freezer for production kitchens and food manufacturing, where cooked food is chilled or frozen in large batches. The chamber is built from panels, and one cycle chills 150 kg or freezes 100 kg.

It is a remote unit: it connects to a separately installed R744 (CO2) refrigeration system, and the condensing unit is not included. An electronic controller with a core probe runs the cycles. The solid door locks, and the interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel.
