Up to 600 kg of food per chilling cycle, or 400 kg per freezing cycle, goes into the Hoshizaki PREMIER BCF RI M 600 CO2 1N DL. The panel-built chamber is a roll-in design for industrial kitchens and food production. The refrigeration plant sits elsewhere: the unit connects to a remote R744 (CO2) system, and the condensing unit is not included.

An electronic controller works with a core probe, the solid door locks, and the inner and outer surfaces are AISI 304 stainless steel. Adjustable temperature −40…+40 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity). Supply 380–420 V 1N~ / 50 Hz, power 2146 W.
