Hoshizaki's PREMIER BCF RIT U 100 A 3N DL is a unibody blast chiller/freezer whose RIT version has a transport trolley support with legs. It chills up to 100 kg or freezes up to 78 kg of food per cycle for restaurants and production kitchens. Built-in, air-cooled refrigeration runs on R290.

An electronic controller with a core probe follows the product temperature through the cycle; the solid door locks, and inner and outer surfaces are AISI 304 stainless steel. Adjustable range −40…+40 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), noise level 70.76 dBA.
