Pastry serve-over counter Zoin Colorado

Designed around vertical display, Colorado is a pastry counter that presents cakes and pastries on several levels. It handles both chilled and dry pastries, and its elegant lines are meant to suit shops of very different styles. The display area and working plate are stainless steel and the glass shelves are not refrigerated.

Versions C-3 and Y-3 have bottom-hung glass. The lower part of the side wall can be finished in the same colour as the chosen front. Static cooling holds +2…+4 °C in climate class 3H2 (+25 °C, 60% RH) using R290.

Widths are 1400, 2200 and 2900 mm, with a depth of 960 mm. The line has two code series, CO and CL, each with built-in or remote versions; the remote ones come without a condensing unit.
