The compartment is tempered glass with a RAL 9010 white screen print over a white lower structure, 600 mm wide and holding 324 litres gross.
Inside, the temperature is kept at +14…+16 °C and the humidistat sets relative humidity at 40–44%; air is moved by a fan from an evaporator in the base. Five shelves of 49 × 47 cm on an AISI 304 rack are lit by anti-glare LEDs whose intensity changes via the PIR Sense sensor when customers approach.
A safety switch stops the fan. Controls: electronic board with blue display, HACCP alarms and communication port. 600 × 645 × 1840 mm, 178 kg net on four integrated hidden castors, 330 W, 362 W at −10 °C with R290, 65 dBA.
