The cabinet pairs grey screen-printed tempered glass with a lower structure of grey anti-fingerprint steel, holding 457 litres gross.
Five shelves, 70 × 47 cm each, sit on an AISI 304 rack under high-intensity anti-glare LED bars. Conditions inside are +14…+16 °C with 40–44% relative humidity from the humidistat, cooled by a fan through an evaporator low in the structure. The electronic panel has a digital display, HACCP alarms and key locking; the clip clap system gives access to the components.
