Pastry display Sagi Luxor New Style KD6A

The KD6A is the slim, black member of Sagi's Luxor New Style family: a 600 mm wide glass display for pastry and ice-cream where floor space is tight. Its −22…+5 °C range lets one cabinet serve either frozen or chilled products. Tempered glass with a black screen print (RAL 9005) encloses the compartment, with anti-condensation heaters built in.

Cooling is fan-assisted from an evaporator at the top of the compartment, set in an AISI 304 frame, and defrost is automatic by hot gas. The right-hinged door has an invisible full-height handle; the PIR Sense sensor adjusts the lighting as customers approach. Five 49 × 47 cm shelves, 324 litres gross, refrigerating capacity 931 W at −23.3 °C, 1300 W power draw, refrigerant R290.

HACCP alarms and an RS485 port are on the electronic controller. The cabinet measures 600 × 645 × 1840 mm, weighs 224 kg net and rolls on four castors hidden in the base.
