Its 457-litre compartment is designed for pastry, bakery and ice-cream products held at −22…+5 °C. The right-hinged glass door has an invisible full-height handle.
An evaporator in an AISI 304 frame sits at the top of the compartment, cooling is fan-assisted and defrost is automatic by hot gas, with anti-condensation heaters keeping the glass dry. Anti-glare LED bars provide the light, and the clip clap system opens the components up for servicing.
Electronic controller with digital display and HACCP alarms; the keys can be locked. Five 70 × 47 cm shelves, refrigerating capacity 1052 W at −23.3 °C, power 1740 W, R290. Dimensions 805 × 645 × 1840 mm, 232 kg net.
