The compartment takes 457 litres of pastry, bakery and ice-cream products held at −22…+5 °C. Cooling is fan-assisted, with the evaporator at the top of the compartment in an AISI 304 frame; defrost is automatic by hot gas.
Anti-condensation heating keeps the glass free of mist. The door is right-hinged with an invisible full-height handle, and the PIR Sense sensor varies the LED intensity as customers approach. Five 70 × 47 cm shelves, refrigerating capacity 1052 W at −23.3 °C, power 1790 W, R290, 70 dBA.
Dimensions 805 × 645 × 1840 mm, 243 kg net. The controller has HACCP alarms and an RS485 port; an APO.LINK accessory enables remote control.
