It uses static cooling: the five shelves are themselves evaporating grids, holding the compartment at −25…−15 °C. The compartment is tempered glass throughout with a black screen print (RAL 9005) and anti-condensation heating, above a black lower structure.
Defrosting is manual with a stop system, and melt water leaves through a drain hole in the bottom. The door is right-hinged with an invisible full-height handle, and the PIR Sense sensor adjusts the LED light intensity. Five evaporating grids plus one support shelf, each 45 × 46 cm; gross volume 324 litres, relative humidity 75%.
Refrigerating capacity 931 W at −23.3 °C, power 880 W, R290. The cabinet is 600 mm wide, 645 mm deep and 1840 mm tall, weighing 204 kg net. Controller with HACCP alarms and RS485 port; remote control through the APO.LINK accessory.
