Pastry display Sagi Luxor New Style KG8E

A copper-toned Tasilaq sablè finish on the glass print and lower structure distinguishes the KG8E from the black and white models. It is an 805 mm display for ice-cream and frozen pastry at −25…−15 °C. Static cooling runs through five 65 × 46 cm evaporating grids that also act as shelves, plus a support shelf.

For defrost the system is stopped manually and melt water drains to a hole in the bottom. The door is right-hinged, the glass has anti-condensation heating and the PIR Sense proximity sensor changes the LED intensity. Gross volume 457 litres, relative humidity 75%.

Refrigerating capacity 1052 W at −23.3 °C, electrical power 930 W, R290. External dimensions 805 × 645 × 1840 mm, 228 kg net. The HACCP-alarm controller has an RS485 port, and the APO.LINK accessory allows remote control.
