Pastry display Sagi Luxor New Style KG8V

The white KG8V is the light version of the wide Luxor New Style freezer display, with a white screen print on the glass (RAL 9010) and a white lower structure (RAL 9016). Its 457-litre compartment holds ice-cream or frozen pastry at −25…−15 °C. Cooling comes from five 65 × 46 cm evaporating grids that also serve as shelves, plus a support shelf.

Defrost is manual by stopping the system, with melt water leaving through a hole in the bottom. The glass has anti-condensation heating, the door is hinged on the right and PIR Sense alters the light intensity as a customer approaches. Refrigerating capacity 1052 W at −23.3 °C, power 930 W, R290, relative humidity 75%.

Dimensions 805 × 645 × 1840 mm, 228 kg net. The controller has HACCP alarms and an RS485 port, and remote control is possible with the APO.LINK accessory.
