Pastry display Sagi Luxor New Style KP6A

For chilled pastry and bakery products, the KP6A is the slim 600 mm black Luxor New Style display, working at +2…+10 °C with five 49 × 47 cm shelves in a 324-litre compartment. The compartment is tempered glass throughout with a black screen print (RAL 9005) over a black lower structure.

Fan-assisted cooling uses an evaporator in the lower part of the structure, and defrost is automatic by air. An AISI 304 rack carries the shelves. The door is right-hinged with an invisible full-height handle, and the PIR Sense sensor regulates the high-intensity, anti-glare LED light.

Relative humidity 70%, sound power 65 dBA. Refrigerating capacity 632 W at −10 °C, power 400 W, R290. Footprint and height: 600 × 645 × 1840 mm; net weight 178 kg.

Controller with HACCP alarms and RS485 port; the APO.LINK accessory allows remote control.
