The hinge side cannot be changed on site, which is why left- and right-hinged versions are separate models. The glass carries a Tasilaq sablè screen print over a base in the same copper tone, and the display compartment has anti-condensation heating elements.
There are five shelves of 70 × 47 cm on an AISI 304 stainless-steel rack. The LED bars are anti-glare, and the PIR Sense sensor changes the light as a customer approaches. Cooling is fan-assisted with the evaporator at the bottom and defrost by air; a safety switch stops the internal fan, and all working and control parts are easy to reach for service.
The electronic controller signals HACCP alarms and has a communication port; linking to the APO.LINK portal requires an accessory. Set between +2 and +10 °C, R290, refrigerating capacity 851 W, electrical power 550 W, sound power 65 dBA. Dimensions 805 × 645 × 1840 mm, net weight 222 kg, on concealed castors.
