The white LCC Carina 05 is a 970 mm wide cake display. This is the version without a humidistat, operating at +3…+8 °C for cakes, bakery products, starters, sandwiches and snacks. The glass is curved at the top and straight at the front, with double glazing, and the sliding doors are on the staff side.
Three height-adjustable glass shelves and a moisture-resistant base deck are all LED-lit. With its built-in refrigeration unit, the display has fan-assisted cooling, automatic electric defrost and an electronic control panel. Depth 850 mm and height 1250 mm, with a display area of 1.77/2.74 m².
