Climate class 5 means it is designed for hot kitchen environments, and the setpoint can be anywhere between −2 and +10 °C. Efficiency comes from 75 mm of high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant.
Three plastic-coated wire shelves sit behind each door, the controller keeps a HACCP alarm log, and an optional Wi-Fi module or RS485 port connects the cabinet to remote management or a supervision system. Refrigerating capacity 619 W (−10/+54.4 °C), electrical power 430 W, supply 230 V, 50 Hz.
