Its depth is set for a GN 2/1 container, and two GN 1/1 containers can also stand one behind the other on the runners. Four grey plastic-coated shelves sit on sturdy U-shaped rails, and the modular wall runners can go through a dishwasher.
Dry cooling keeps condensation on stored food down, while a dedicated thawing function helps limit weight loss during thawing. The electronic controller warns of an open door or temperature deviation, a keypad lock prevents accidental changes, and the self-closing door opens with a foot pedal.
