Built in stainless steel for chilled food in professional kitchens, it takes a GN 2/1 container in depth or two GN 1/1 containers in line. Four grey wire shelves clip into sturdy U-shaped rails and can be rearranged as needed within the modular system.
Airflow is optimised for an even temperature, and a fan switch reduces air loss when the door is opened. The controller alarms on an open door or temperature deviation; the self-closing door opens by foot pedal and stays open beyond 90 degrees.
