Call sales +372 5559 3678With its black exterior, the M 72 BCG is the SUPERIOR PLUS model for kitchens that need both ordinary chilled storage and controlled thawing. The interior follows Gastronorm sizing, taking a GN 2/1 container in depth or two GN 1/1 containers in line. Dry cooling reduces condensation on the stored product, and a dedicated thawing function helps limit weight loss while food thaws; the usual food-safety procedures still apply.
The interior is AISI 430 stainless steel with four stainless shelves. The lockable, self-closing solid door opens by foot pedal and can be re-hung for left-hand use, and the electronic controller warns of an open door or temperature deviation. Range −5…+12 °C, R600a refrigerant, fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost.
Energy use is 0.78 kWh per 24 h, or 285 kWh a year (class A); rated power 181 W, climate class N. External dimensions 720 × 905 × 2100 mm, 610 litres gross, 136 kg gross and 128 kg net.
