Description

The M 84 CCG combines the wide, shallow SUPERIOR TWIN cabinet (840 × 785 mm) with a broad −5…+12 °C setting range. Its Gastronorm interior takes a GN 2/1 container in depth or two GN 1/1 containers in line. Rapid defrost is standard.

The electronic controller raises a visual alarm for an open door or high or low temperature, and the thermometer is digital. A foot pedal opens the self-closing door, which locks and has a gasket that comes off without tools; insulation is 80 mm of HFC-free PU foam.

LED lighting and four stainless-steel shelves complete the interior. Annual energy use is 318 kWh, or 0.87 kWh per 24 h, with 181 W rated power and R600a refrigerant. Height 2100 mm, 614 litres gross and 462 litres net, weight 136/128 kg.

The cabinet can stand on feet or castors.
