Call sales +372 5559 3678For production kitchens, restaurants and hotels, the GUR1400X is a large stainless-steel refrigerator that takes GN 2/1 containers. It offers 1186 litres gross and 922 litres net in an interior of 1198 × 683 × 1358 mm. The interior is AISI 304 and the exterior AISI 201 stainless steel.
The self-closing door stays open at 120°, locks and has a reversible hinge side. The magnetic gaskets push in and pull out for easy replacement. Six adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves each carry up to 40 kg.
Fan-assisted cooling is run by an electronic controller with a digital thermometer. The stainless legs adjust in height from 125 to 200 mm. The −2…+8 °C range allows storage slightly below zero.
The refrigerant is R600a and the climate class 4; the cabinet uses 2.73 kWh a day at 207 W, with 55 dBA of noise. External size 1318 × 842 × 2040 mm, net weight 172 kg (190 kg gross).
