The glass-door Tefcold RK710G is a GN 2/1 fridge for kitchens that want to see prepared food and ingredients without opening the door. Cabinet and interior are both AISI 304 stainless steel, with a net capacity of 484 litres. The self-closing door stays open at 105°, which makes loading easier, and has a handle and lock.
Three removable GN 2/1 wire shelves are adjustable, and the interior has LED lighting. Ventilated cooling, automatic defrost and defrost-water evaporation are standard, with an electronic controller and digital thermometer. It rolls on four strong castors, two with brakes.
