Call sales +372 5559 3678Cogita is the ES System K counter system for building a complete serve-over line: four straight modules and a 90° external corner can be combined. This version has a built-in condensing unit running on R290; the same counter also exists as a remote unit. The straight front glass lifts on gas springs, the new lightweight lifting system makes the counter even more transparent, and front-glass ventilation stops it misting.
Glass sides, aluminium pillars and a glass screen frame the stainless-steel display deck, with a stainless-steel worktop on the staff side and white LED lighting above. Fan-assisted cooling with energy-efficient fans, electric defrost, an evaporator heater and automatic condensate removal, run from an electronic control panel and monitored by a solar-powered thermometer.
Two temperature classes are offered, 3M1 (−1…+5 °C) or 3M2 (+2…+6 °C), in climate class 3. Useful capacity: corner 285 litres, 1250 mm 290 litres, 1875 mm 435 litres, 2500 mm 580 litres, 3750 mm 870 litres.
