According to the manufacturer, energy consumption is down by 53% and noise by 7 dB(A). Like the rest of the Galaxy range, it can be joined into runs and suits anything from convenience stores to hypermarkets.
Behind the figures are maintenance-free heat exchangers, electronically controlled fans and expansion valves, and variable-speed compressors. Cyclopentane is used to foam the insulation, which the manufacturer rates at 30% higher insulating value than conventional insulation.
The front is closed by single-glazed doors, there are five shelves, LEDs in the canopy and optional shelf lighting. Temperature −1…+1 °C, refrigerant R600a, climate class 3M1, fan-assisted cooling and off-cycle defrost. Plug-in as standard, with an optional remote version that comes without a condensing unit.
