The drawers take GN 1/1 containers, so chilled ingredients can be kept in standard gastronorm pans. Cooling is fan-assisted with automatic defrost, and an electronic controller with display sets the temperature between 0 and +10 °C.
Cabinet and interior are AISI 304 stainless steel; the legs are 105/155 mm. Gross volume 285 litres, net volume 90 litres. Energy use 2.53 kWh per 24 h, or 923 kWh a year (energy class C), climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), noise level 46 dBA.
