Refrigerated counter KTL-1617

In a restaurant's cold kitchen or a production kitchen, the KTL-1617 provides drawers and cabinet space along one counter. Seven drawers each take a 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, and the door opens onto a compartment with eight pairs of runners. A shelf for the runners is available on request.

The drawers open to 110% on replaceable runners with a retraction lock. On the rear edge of the worktop, a raised cold well for nine GN 1/6 pans is covered with acrylic glass. Temperature is set between +2 and +5 °C on a digital thermostat with automatic defrost; the quick-change unit weighs 29 kg.
