The one-piece AISI 304 stainless-steel body is 700 mm deep, takes GN 1/1 containers and has a single door. The control panel carries a touch thermometer-thermostat with RS485 port; the optional APOLINK accessory adds remote control over Ethernet and a HACCP data history.
The cooling unit is on the right and pulls out for condenser cleaning, and the evaporator has an anti-corrosion treatment. The door is self-closing with a 95° stop. Range −2…+10 °C, 92 litres net and 117 gross, 0.58 kWh per 24 h (A+, EEI 10.36, 210 kWh a year).
