This single-door Universal counter measures 850 mm wide and 700 mm deep with a GN 1/1 interior, and its cooling unit is at the left-hand end. The stainless-steel door is self-closing with a 95° stop and an integrated handle, and the Triple Action magnetic gasket is easy to replace.
The pull-out cooling unit simplifies routine condenser cleaning; the evaporator is anti-corrosion treated and defrost is automatic. Range −2…+10 °C, 92 litres net and 117 gross, 0.58 kWh per 24 h, EEI 10.36. Touch thermometer-thermostat with RS485 port, fan-assisted cooling, R290 (0.07 kg), 406 W refrigerating capacity.
